OPEN training session!
Trade Union for Theatre and Media Finland Teme will hold an open training session in English on the basics of the universally binding collective agreement for film and TV productions (ELOTES).
The training session will be held remotely on Microsoft Teams on Thursday 26 September 2025 at 5 pm. The session will last approximately an hour.
The collective agreement ELOTES is universally binding and applies to all workers in film and tv productions in Finland. In the session we will go through the basics of the collective agreement. The event is particularly suitable for new students and other young professionals working in the audiovisual field, but also serves as a good reminder for more experienced workers on their rights.
Registration is open now and ends on Wednesday 25 September at 12.00. The Teams link will be sent to registered participants by email after the registration period closes.
